The suppliers make the usage of this machine too difficult. One will have to pay for downloading an ordinary user manual which is suppose to help users of the machine. Afterall, if one does not have the machine what will the manual benifit the one? In the first place Problems and breakdowns on the schiller ECG we have bought for all our clinics are quite often. We thought being able to solve some problems with our Biomedical Technician Enginners would help us and then the major ones would be refered to the suppliers. Now if things continue this way, I see no reason in continuing with Schiller products. Thanks.
